Vega works as an organisational consultant and executive coach, specialising in leadership development and system-change. While most of her consulting work over the past 30 years has been with public and voluntary sector organisations, she has designed and run leadership programmes for participants from all sectors both in the UK and abroad.
From 2006 she was a founding Faculty member and then Co-Director of the Grubb Institute’s international MA ‘Leadership and Organisational Analysis’ and is now a member of the Faculty of the Tavistock’s D10 Masters programme in ‘Consulting and leading in organisations: psychodynamics and systemic approaches’.
She has published and presented papers at national and international conferences on leadership, organisational dynamics, values and change. Current projects include working with two mental health trusts, undertaking large-scale transformation.
