From August 2023 Charlotte became our Acting Director
Charlotte is an Organisational Consultant, and Executive Coach who works across sectors and levels. She is particularly interested in how leaders promote and enhance staff wellbeing, motivation, good team dynamics, effectiveness, performance, and satisfaction amongst their workforces. She works at Executive and Board level as well as with those new to leadership and management helping them to be their best leader.
Charlotte’s consultancy is informed by 20 years of experience working with people, as a therapist, clinical supervisor, trainer, and as a leader. She has hands on experience of running a service, leading significant change, and managing, and containing complex dynamics.
Charlotte teaches on the Tavistock’s Masters Programme, Consulting and Leading in Organisations: Psychodynamic and Systemic Approaches
She is also one of the few Welsh and English-speaking organisational consultants/coaches in the UK and she practices bilingually.
