Ché is an organisational consultant and consultant clinical psychologist with many years of experience working with the NHS and national mental health and criminal justice third sector providers.
Having led psychological services, Ché has developed comprehensive leadership, change management, operational management, clinical, consultation, supervision, research, audit, evaluation, teaching and training skills.
Whether working at an individual, team or whole organisation strategic level Ché has a passion for supporting the health and wellbeing of staff and focuses on making full use of all potential resources – people and technology – creatively, efficiently and effectively.
With an MA with distinction in Consultation and the Organisation: Psychoanalytic Approaches, Ché offers bespoke team away days and reflective practice that makes use of conscious and unconscious communications to align staff ways of working with the productivity of the whole organisation.
