Emil’s expertise combines 14 years experience as an executive coach, coaching supervisor and facilitator, with 20 years as a psychotherapist and psychotherapist trainer. His clients range from CEOs to middle management across private and public sector organisations: from FTSE 100 companies to family businesses to schools.
In his clinical role, Emil is Head of Child Psychotherapy in the Tavistock’s Adolescent and Young Adult Department, where he also has a central role in training.
Emil has completed clinical trainings in Child Psychotherapy, Adult Psychotherapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Mentalisation Based Treatment. He is accredited as a Master Executive Coach (Association for Coaching) and in MBTI.
