Haddy’s background is in social work, where she worked across all client groups over 20 years - latterly specialising in mental health, holding Service Manager roles.
From the early 1990’s, Haddy developed a career as a freelance consultant, primarily working in health and social care in both statutory and charity sectors, offering consultancy to teams and managers and clinical supervision to frontline workers.
Since the late 1990s, Haddy has held visiting lecturer roles on Tavistock MA and Doctoral courses in Consultation and on MA courses in Strategic Management and Leadership, Social Work and Working with groups.
