Patrick is African, a Group Analyst and an Organisational Consultant. Formerly Head of Psychotherapy at HMP Grendon Therapeutic Prison for 12 years, he has an extensive experience working in Psychiatric Intensive Care Units in the NHS.
Patrick is presently engaged in ongoing team consulting to Specialist Personality Disorder teams in two NHS Trusts and facilitates groups for gang members in two UK Prisons.
He is a visiting lecturer on the D10 Organisational Consultancy course at the Tavistock. He is Chair of the Admissions Board and Supervisor on the Institute of Group Analysis courses. He is an experienced Group Relations consultant and has working on staff teams at number of Group Relations Conferences from 2001 to the present.
