There are no academic qualifications required for entry into the course, and participants come from many professional backgrounds. Participants share a desire to work at a deeper one-to-one level with clients in organisations, in order to help improve working relationships and personal effectiveness.

Decisions about suitability are based on a one-to-one interview with a member of the course faculty.

*A discounted rate is available for current employees of the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust and alumni of one year or longer from postgraduate academic programmes at the Trust. Please state which course you took at Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust in your personal statement. Please contact us if you have any questions. Only one fee reduction is applicable per place.

An offer of a place on the course will be made once the interview has been successful and your application to join the Executive Coaching Programme has been approved. Following acceptance of our offer, you will be invoiced for the whole course. Your place will be deemed confirmed once payment has been received.

In the event of a late course booking cancellation the following scale charges will apply:

After the place is accepted: 25% payable (£2,125)
A week before the start of the course: 50% payable (£4,250)
After the start of the course: 100% payable (£8,500)

In the event of having to defer your place, you can transfer onto the next year’s course. Fees will remain at the level when you applied. Any further deferment would require you to reapply for the programme and pay the most current programme fees.
