Fiona’s focus is leadership development, working 1:1 and with teams. Her insight is particularly useful around what is going on for people at work and why, and her energy goes into how effectiveness can be improved and supported.
Fiona brings experience of numerous organisational cultures and teams, via 25 years in brand communications, including as a Board Planning Director at J. Walter Thompson, and facilitating group research work for clients including the BBC.
Current clients are in media, banking, law, IT, non-profit, tourism, education, solar and retail. Fiona often coaches through transition and restructure, including at Board level.
Fiona is a graduate of both the Tavistock’s D10 Masters programme (‘Consulting and Leading in Organisations: psychodynamics and systemic approaches’) and the Tavistock Executive Coaching programme.
