Georgina is an experienced Organisational Consultant and Executive coach who enjoys working at a deeper level, promoting effective individual and group communication, collaboration, and functioning, for long term impact.
She has held senior leadership roles since 2008 within the voluntary sector, including Director and Interim CEO roles within national charities and worked at board level, holding two trustee roles. As a consultant, she draws on her experiences as a leader, with extensive experience and understanding of managing anxiety and performance, often within the context of transformational change and competition. She has championed work on equity, equality, diversity, and inclusion and has a keen interest in thinking about differences in the workplace and the impact on team effectiveness, belonging and wellbeing. As such she brings compassion and understanding in her approach to coaching and consultancy work with leaders and teams.
Georgina's background as a musician, Music Therapist and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist informs her psychological approach as a consultant. She has substantial experience working with groups, thinking about, and working with the whole system. She has worked with some of the most marginalised people, often presenting with significant complexity and trauma, including forensic and acute mental health settings.
