Andrew Harrison is a consultant, adviser and facilitator with over thirty years of experience working internationally with senior leaders across a variety of sectors including finance, manufacturing, the NHS and local government. He is an expert in leadership development and cultural transformation, particularly across complex organisational systems.
He has worked at CEO level and acted as an non-exec Director for charities and regional government agencies where he also has extensive experience in partnership working and social change and has a strong professional interest in innovative approaches to system design, governance and evaluation. An author and regular conference speaker on governance and innovation, Andrew is a faculty member the Warwick University Manufacturing Group and the Strascheg Centre for Innovation & Entrepreneurship in Munich.
