As an Organisational Consultant with Tavistock Consulting, Ben aims to enable clarity in complexity for those he supports. He draws on 25 years’ experience of working in, with and between organisations in a range of roles and sectors including government, PR & ad agencies, business development, NGOs, schools, HE, charities and businesses. He has run his own consultancy business since 2010 and co-led several start-ups.

Ben focuses on supporting people, teams and organisations through coaching, consultancy and group facilitation, enabling more effective practice in increasingly complex contexts by attending to what’s really going on behind the scenes of organisational life. He is accredited to use a range of profiling tools in this work, including FIRO B, Core Strengths and the Leadership Development Profile. He is particularly interested in how adult development theory can be used to support leadership growth, how leaders can enable the conditions in which people thrive, and how consultants can develop future-focused forms of practice that lead to more sustainable, integrated outcomes.
