Ben is a management and leadership coach, and organisational consultant, with over fifteen years of experience. As a specialist clinical practitioner, he has worked with leaders and managers who work with and deliver services to some of the most demanding and vulnerable demographics in society. Having started by taking up a variety of clinical roles in the NHS, Ben moved into the field of consulting and coaching in 2010. Since then he has worked extensively across voluntary, public, and private sectors, with clients ranging from inner city trauma services, to mining executives in Africa.
He is a visiting lecturer on the MA in Consulting and Leading in Organisations (D10) at the Tavistock and Portman, and former Director of the Tavistock’s September group relations conference.
