Charlotte works as a psychoanalytic psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, group facilitator, organisational consultant and coach. She trained as an organisational consultant at the Tavistock Clinic and set up a partnership providing consultancy and reflective practice groups to teams in charities and the voluntary sector.
Her recent work has included consulting to a disabled children’s charity: working with the team, devising a series of away days and coaching senior managers. She is currently a visiting Tutor at Tavistock and Portman NHS Foundation Trust (D10 MA course) and staff group facilitator at Off Centre.
Charlotte's particular areas of specialisation are: team development, reflective practice groups and working with diversity. She is a member of Fip (Forum for independent psychotherapists) and an associate of Opus.
