Francesca is a coach and organisational consultant with considerable experience in consulting to teams in a variety of organisational and cultural contexts. Her training and work experience across two different cultures has given her special understanding and insights into issues of cultural diversity and contexts.
She provides strategy and organisational consultancy to leadership teams from a broad range of organisations (NHS, Charity, Family Businesses and private sectors organisations). She is currently a visiting tutor on the Tavistock MA and Professional Doctorate ‘Consultation and the Organisation'. Francesca has coached leaders from global organisations in London Business School programmes and has also provided leadership training and consultancy in several international contexts.
She is the author of Work Matters: Consultancy to Leaders and Organisations in the Tavistock Tradition Routledge, 2020.
Francesca’s particular interest is in the area of individual and organisational transition and transformation.
