Kate has had a hybrid career working clinically and non-clinically within NHS, private, arts and voluntary sectors, giving her broad understanding of organisational needs. She has honed a blend of counselling and business mindedness. She enjoys pulling out creative ideas from colleagues and often has a project bubbling away on the side.
Kate is a qualified integrative counsellor and sees clients at an agency for victims of sexual and domestic violence. She has been working at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust for five years as a Relationship Manager in workplace wellbeing services. Before that, she was a director of a regional community Arts Centre.
She holds a diploma in Counselling and attends regular clinical CPD. Kate has completed the Edward Jenner NHS leadership programme.
