Lydia is an experienced clinician-trainer and organisational consultant, working with people at all levels of organisational life to support reflective capacity, skills and understanding. A psychoanalytic child and adolescent psychotherapist, she led the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust workplace wellbeing service for businesses keen to improve mental health culture, and was a Cohort Director on the Elizabeth Garrett Anderson NHS Leadership Academy programme for senior leaders.

She has a passion for translating psychotherapeutic frameworks into ordinary language and practice so that it can really help organisations of different kinds.
