Megan’s expertise lies in understanding and helping organisational systems move forward through their people. She acts as a coach and guide for individuals and teams to discover what needs to happen in and with the business, to develop capability for action – and to make it happen.
The past 25 years have seen Megan work as a manager, consultant and coach to organisations; holding leadership roles in the NHS, KPMG, the Audit Commission, the Social Investment Business, Roffey Park Institute and as a Principal Consultant at Tavistock Consulting.
Megan’s experience includes playing a pivotal role in the restructure of a large professional services organisation and directing a senior leadership programme within the health and social care system.
She is a faculty member on Tavistock’s D10 Masters and Executive Coaching programmes.Back to our people
