Miranda has 25 years experience as a group and organisational consultant. She has applied her thinking as a Jungian Analyst and Systemic Consultant creatively to organisational development and management of change in troubled systems, both across education and training bodies, and with business and local government.
She has specialised in working with charities who are committed to social justice and inclusion. Miranda has also worked as Staff Consultant and Director to numerous Group Relations Conferences, the methodology of which she uses in some of her work with large organisations.
She runs the supervision course for the Society of Analytical Psychology, and is a supervisor of doctoral students on the Professional Doctorate in Consultation and the Organisation.
