Rose is the National i-THRIVE Programme Lead and is responsible for supporting the national implementation of the THRIVE Framework for system change (Wolpert et al., 2019). Rose also leads on the i-THRIVE Academy.
Rose’s background is in social care, and she has over 15 years of experience working with children in need of protection and supporting children at every stage through their adoption journey. Rose has extensive experience of training and assessing prospective adopters and is passionate about improving outcomes for children, young people and their families.
Rose is currently a student on the ED10 Masters programme in ‘Consulting and leading in organisations: psychodynamics and systemic approaches’ and hopes to graduate in June 2024.
