Tim specialises in leadership and team development, particularly for senior teams facing complex organisational change. He is an executive coach, helping individual leaders to develop understanding of organisational dynamics to enhance their personal impact. Tim also works as a Group Relations Conference staff member.
Tim has 20 years of experience working as a facilitator and organisational development consultant at a senior level in central and local government, as well as for UK and global clients in the telecoms, transport and energy sectors.
Most recently, Tim has designed and delivered a leadership development programme for mixed cohorts of academics and administrators at a University. He is a graduate of the Tavistock’s D10 Masters programme in ‘Consulting and leading in organisations: psychodynamics and systemic approaches’.Back to our people
