Ruth Pombi Chiraga is an executive coach, organisational consultant, and has a senior leadership role in the health care service industry. She has EMCC accreditation at senior practitioner level and is an accredited Analytic-Network Coach.
Ruth applies psychologically driven models to help individuals and groups across sectors to reach that deep understanding of factors impacting on their roles and the relationships in groups and in organisation, working with them towards employing strategies to achieve sustainable change. Ruth is passionate about understanding group dynamics and developing managers.
Ruth has a clinical background and has held various senior leadership roles in the NHS and private health sector. She has extensive change management experience and led service transformation projects.
Ruth is a professional doctoral student with the Tavistock and University of Essex, exploring the experience of black women in senior leadership roles from a systems and psychodynamic approach.
Other roles include visiting tutor on the MA Tavistock Consulting and Leading in Organisations Psychodynamic and Systemic Approaches (D10) and supervision role on the Tavistock Executive Coaching Program.
