About this programme
The Masters programme develops consultants, managers and leaders so that they have a full understanding of the human dimensions of organisational systems. It gives them the skills to work with them more effectively and see the bigger picture. They gain a better understanding of themselves in a working context, enhancing their leadership capabilities and ability to take up their authority within their role.
Students may be working in the NHS, a FTSE 100 company, social services, higher education, large consultancy firms, the not-for-profit sector or private practice. They become more able to act effectively as a consultant on organisational issues, whether from within the organisation or as an external consultant.
