Robyn has fifteen years experience as a clinician and trainer and brings a psychological and relational focus to her work. Robyn specialises in individual and team development, which enables people to get in touch with their capacities for collaboration and for leadership, within their particular work contexts. She works across sectors, from consultation with charity boards to coaching senior leaders in public services, from training in global companies to supervising free-lance coaches. Her expertise lies in using the systems-psychodynamic approach in a relevant and accessible way, to promote productive and sustainable change.
Prior to joining Tavistock Consulting in 2014 Robyn was a Consultant Clinical Psychologist in the NHS, and she continues to work in private practice. She has wide-ranging experience in training and tutoring on professional training programmes, and is currently a visiting lecturer at the University of East London and a research tutor on the Professional Doctorate in advanced practice and research: consultation and the organisation at the Tavistock and Portman NHS Trust. She is an occasional contributor to national media on the psychology of the workplace, including in the Guardian, Times and Financial Times.Back to our people
