Georgina Hoare

Georgina Hoare is Chief Executive Officer of the PDA Society. She has extensive experience in organisational consultancy, systems psychodynamics and leadership development. Prior to joining the PDA Society, Georgina was a Senior Organisational Consultant at Tavistock Consulting and held senior leadership positions across the voluntary sector since 2008, including Director and Interim Chief Executive roles within national charities. She has also worked extensively at board level and held multiple trustee positions.

Georgina’s background as a musician, Music Therapist and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist informs her psychologically informed approach to leadership and organisational development. She brings substantial experience of working with groups, understanding organisational dynamics, and supporting whole-system thinking and change.
