Organisational diagnostics
As experts in organisational dynamics – we look at HOW people work together. With a focus on relationships and communication, we often deal with what’s messy and difficult, and with a clear understanding of the dynamics of difference, we look at what might be going on below the surface that prevents individuals or groups from achieving collaborative and effective working relationships.
Our approach
We offer a number of diagnostic interventions tailored to clients’ context. These diagnostics may include interviews with individuals, focus groups, and other relevant stakeholders on various levels of organisational structure. The outputs are subject to thematic analysis which further informs decisions about how to address key issues across the system. Our approach uses structured questions that both uncover the systemic contextual issues as well as reaching an understanding as to what might be influencing individual behaviours.
