Leading and containing in uncertain times workshop
This interactive workshop on 30th September 11am-12pm , for the Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations (ACEVO) explores the containing function of leadership. Leaders in civil society are under increased amounts of pressure, working in uncertain times. The workshop will be thinking about the emotional life of organisations and the conscious and unconscious “data” that leaders digest and process on behalf of the organisation.
Group Supervision
Group supervision offers a reflective space to explore live professional dilemmas alongside peers who are committed to working at depth. It supports you in strengthening your role, deepening your practice, and learning from others through close attention to the dynamics and challenges present in your work.
The next online Tavistock Consulting supervision group begins in early October 2025. Places are limited to a small group of six participants to allow for depth of reflection and discussion. This is an eight-month online programme, specifically designed for organisational consultants, and coaches working from a systems psychodynamic perspective.
Role consultancy group for leaders of clinical services
Drawing on systems psychodynamic thinking, role consultancy attends to the interplay between person, role, and system, recognising that challenges in leadership are rarely just personal or technical, but are deeply embedded in relational and systemic contexts.
An eight-month online group for leaders of clinical services across higher education, health, social care, and the public, voluntary or private sectors starting October 2025.
