Today’s executive leadership teams are operating within a context of challenge and uncertainty. They are required to keep up to date in a fast-changing environment while at the same time increase performance and drive innovation.  Our leadership programme provides the time and space for reflection and learning that can often be hard to find for senior teams and individuals.

Our approach

A three day programme will be provided for an executive team. This takes a systems-psychodynamic approach to leadership and consists of the following topics:

On completion of the programme, the executive team will be offered team coaching, alongside individual coaching in light of the key learnings from the course.

The work was excellent and really helped the team to regroup and reset our ways of working and understanding of both each other and the wider organisation. 

The Individual Executive coaching sessions really helped to improve each members of the team focus and maintain drive and as a fairly new Executive team, the team coaching helped set the teams “rules of engagement” and again understand the wider context of Trust.

  Following all these success we decided to continue our work with the Tavistock into the wider organisation and have since run development programmes with our Trust Leadership Team.  All this work has been invaluable and has helped to ensure our Trust remains one of the top performers in the country.
