Our approach
Our action learning sets include a focus on understanding members’ experience of working together to understand better how they might be working in their organisations. This difference can mean real time insights into how roles and leadership are taken up, authority is delegated, tasks are clarified, and boundaries are held. Participants internalise the method and typically create the context for a more reflective, open and innovative workplace ‘back-home’.
The sets are a platform to establish long lasting supportive peer networks within companies and organisations or across sectors.
