Tavistock Consulting recognise that the most successful change initiatives are underpinned by clarity of purpose, timely planning and implementation, with sufficient attention to the relational and emotional responses to uncertainty which can either drive or stall effective change.
Our approach
We deliver a series of workshops which give leaders an opportunity to explore their own responses to change as a way of understanding their staff and teams. The workshops will balance reflection, learning and planning, and will model an approach leaders can take with their teams . Workshops are co-produced and customized to clients’ specific context.
