Rydym yn darparu hyfforddiant gweithredol a hwyluso drwy fframwaith Academi Wales Llywodraeth Cymru, gan gefnogi uwch arweinwyr ar draws gwasanaethau cyhoeddus Cymru i weithredu’n effeithiol mewn systemau cymhleth. Sefydlwyd Academi Wales gan Lywodraeth Cymru fel canolfan ar gyfer datblygu arweinyddiaeth gwasanaethau cyhoeddus, ac mae’n comisiynu ac yn goruchwylio’r fframwaith er mwyn adeiladu gallu arwain a gwella gwasanaethau cyhoeddus yng Nghymru. Rydym wedi ein penodi ar draws pob un o’r pedwar lot, gan ddarparu hyfforddiant a hwyluso yn Gymraeg ac yn Saesneg. Ceir mynediad at y gwasanaethau drwy Academi Wales, gyda Rheolwr Contract yn paru sefydliadau ac uwch arweinwyr â hyfforddwyr neu hwyluswyr yn seiliedig ar anghenion datblygu, cyd-destun a’r ffit gorau.

Welsh Government’s Academi Wales framework: Senior Executive Coaching and Facilitation

We deliver executive coaching and facilitation through the Welsh Government’s Academi Wales framework, supporting senior leaders across Welsh public services to operate effectively in complex systems.
Academi Wales, established by Welsh Government as the centre for public service leadership development, commissions and oversees the framework to build leadership capability and improve public services in Wales. We are appointed across all four lots, providing coaching and facilitation in both Welsh and English. Services are accessed through Academi Wales, with a Contract Manager matching organisations and senior leaders to coaches or facilitators based on development need, context and best fit.
Our work draws on systemic and relational approaches to support leadership impact, organisational development and sustainable change.
