Megan Meredith

Megan’s expertise lies in understanding and helping organisational systems move forward through their people.  She acts as a coach for individuals and teams to discover what needs to happen in and with the business, to develop capability for action – and to make it happen.

She works in both public and commercial sectors. She has supported many leaders and their team to work more effectively at different stages of organisational growth and often in complex contexts, helping clients  in particular to work with the emotional dynamics that may be getting in the way of organisational effectiveness.

Megan has worked as a consultant and coach for over 20 years after an initial career in leadership,  including the NHS, the Social Investment Business,  KPMG Consulting and Roffey Park Institute. She was a Principal Consultant at Tavistock Consulting and is currently co-Director of the Tavistock’s  EMCC accredited Executive Coaching Programme. She is a visiting lecturer in Group Dynamics & Systems Thinking at Henley Business School.
