Rose is an experienced organisational consultant and executive coach, driven by her fascination with organisational life.
Her interest was sparked by her firsthand experience leading a team through a significant restructuring. During that time, she was acutely aware of the anxiety and pressure that accompanied such changes, motivating her to explore the deeper, often unspoken factors that influenced people’s reactions to change.
Rose has extensive experience consulting for organisations, where she combines her leadership background with her knowledge of complex systems. This approach allows her to identify and address barriers to collaborative working relationships by paying close attention to the underlying group dynamics and interpersonal interactions.
Rose leads the National i-THRIVE Programme and supports the national implementation of the THRIVE Framework for system change (Wolpert et al., 2019). She works across team and service boundaries to help systems become effectively integrated in their approach.
