Supervision
Coaches and consultants trained in the systems psychodynamic approach recognise the value of a space in which they can reflect on their work and continue to develop and deepen their learning and practice. Supervision is also increasingly recognised by clients and organisations as an important part of professional practice and CPD for coaches.
Our approach
Our supervision offers a vital space for exploring unconscious organisational dynamics, transference, and countertransference, enabling practitioners to maintain clarity, effectiveness, and ethical integrity in their work. Through a collaborative and insightful process, we help professionals navigate the complexities of group dynamics, authority relationships and boundaries, enhancing their ability to interpret and respond to the deeper emotional life of organisations. Whether you are an experienced consultant or new to systems psychodynamics, our supervision fosters growth, and sharper systemic insight, equipping you to make meaningful and sustainable interventions in the organisations you work with.
One to one
We offer supervision within a one to one setting with experienced supervisors. Our supervisors are long established reputable practitioners and include faculty members of our Masters or Doctorate programmes and our EMCC accredited Executive Coaching Programme.
We provide supervision sessions to a wide range of coaches and consultants working in private practice, or within an organisation. Working from a systems-psychodynamic approach with one of our highly experienced team provides a space in which to further ones practice and reflect on current coaching and consulting clients.
Client feedback
Depth. Our conversations felt like travelling through streams that were allowing for grief and acceptance that brought me to some resting spots.
The time to explore matters, the sensitivity and challenge from the supervisor. The model used and also the understanding the supervisor had in terms of the political and pressured landscape worked in.
Enhanced my wellbeing at work. There’s a lot of vicarious and actual trauma related to my work and the supervision helped me cope with that..
Group
Group supervision offers a reflective space to explore live professional dilemmas alongside peers who are committed to working at depth. It supports you in strengthening your role, deepening your practice, and learning from others through close attention to the dynamics and challenges present in your work.
