Rachel Stephen

Organisational Consultant

Rachel is an organisational consultant with the National i-THRIVE Programme, where she supports organisations in adopting and embedding the THRIVE Framework for System Change. Her work includes facilitating i-THRIVE Action Learning Sets, leading communities of practice, and co-delivering training through the i-THRIVE Academy.

A registered general nurse with a BSc (Hons) in Community Nursing, Rachel built her career in Health Visiting, where supporting family mental health was a central part of her role. She went on to work with the Institute of Health Visiting, developing and delivering national training in infant and perinatal mental health. She also holds an MSc in the Psychodynamics of Human Development, which deepened her interest in organisational defences and the dynamics of complex systems.

Rachel is passionate about mental health and strongly believes in the potential of i-THRIVE to drive meaningful change across systems—ensuring every child has the opportunity to thrive, whatever their circumstances or identities.
