We co-design bespoke leadership programmes for organisations to address systemic disparities such as underrepresentation of the global majority in senior roles, gender inequity, and other forms of structural exclusion. These programmes are tailored to the specific needs and contexts of each organisation, supporting leaders to build the awareness, capability, and accountability required to create meaningful and sustained change.

Our approach at Tavistock Consulting is underpinned by a belief that it is critical to work with difference on both a rational and unconscious level. We believe that high performing individuals and work groups
can be explicit about differences and are able to think about how differences can be
harnessed to support creative thinking and innovation and therefore promote inclusion in a
