This leadership development programme for organisations to commission is an opportunity to enable new and emerging leaders to develop their leadership skills and build resilience and confidence to take up a more senior role. It is an opportunity for individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds to be supported in their ambition to realise their potential as leaders.
Programme overview
The five-day programme takes place across three modules and is designed for a cohort of sixteen participants, each also receiving coaching sessions as part of their development.
The programme focuses on key areas of leadership, Self, Team, System, Change and Learning.
- What it means to take up the role of leader, hold individual and teams to account, manage boundaries.
- How to understand team dynamics, enhancing team performance, influencing and addressing challenging conversations.
- Leading teams through change and uncertainty
- Understanding the impact of clients and the bigger system on effective work
- Developing a coaching approach to your leadership and management style
The cohort’s managers will be active supporters throughout this programme, giving participants opportunities to implement and embed their learning when back at work..

Facilitated by two of our experienced organisational consultants trained to minimum master level, from a team with both academic and practical expertise, this programme offers participants a rare opportunity for deep insight and reflective development.
Review and evaluation
The programme follows a continuous evaluation approach to the teaching and leaning, to ensure participants develop key leadership competencies.
At the end of the programme, an evaluation will be carried out to assess the impact of the leadership development programme. A review will take place between the sponsor and client lead to assess the effectiveness of the work and whether anything further is required.
